Every print and every canvas ships free, to any country, at any size. There is no minimum order, no threshold to reach and no shipping line that appears at the last step of checkout. What follows is how long it takes, where it is made, and what happens on the rare occasion something goes wrong on the way.

Every figure below is the total from the moment you order to the moment it arrives, production included. Nothing is made in advance — each piece is printed for the order it belongs to — so production time is part of delivery time rather than something that happens before it.

A link and a high-resolution file are emailed the moment payment clears. Nothing ships, nothing is charged for delivery, and there is no date to plan around.
Framed canvas
About 8–10 days in the US
Production 4–6 days
The fastest physical option, which surprises people. Framed canvases run on a shorter, better-established production line than plain stretched canvas at most studios.
Gallery canvas
About 12–15 days in the US
Production 5–8 days
Stretching and curing takes longer than framing, and the finished piece is bulkier to pack, which adds a little to transit as well.
Fine art print
About 8–12 days in the US
Production 3–5 days
Printed, inspected and shipped flat or in a rigid tube depending on size. The lightest parcel of the three and usually the quickest through customs.
Two things stretch these figures in practice. The first is December, when both production and post slow down everywhere; order two weeks earlier than you think you need to. The second is a delivery address that turns out to be incomplete — a missing apartment number is the most common reason a parcel sits in a depot, and it is the one thing we cannot fix from our end once it has shipped.
Where it is made
Printed near you, not shipped across the world
Orders are produced on demand at partner studios in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. Your order goes to whichever of them can make that size and is closest to your address. That is why a canvas ordered in Berlin does not cross an ocean, and why customers inside those regions almost never see an import charge.
United States
Produced domestically and shipped domestically. No customs, no import charges, and the timings quoted above apply as written.
United Kingdom
Produced in the UK for UK addresses. Add roughly one to three days to the US figures. No import charges on domestically produced orders.
European Union
Produced within the EU and shipped within the single market. Add roughly two to four days. Deliveries to islands and remote regions take longer than mainland addresses.
Australia and New Zealand
Most sizes are produced in Australia. The largest canvas is not made there and ships from further afield, which adds about a week — this is flagged before you pay, not after.
Canada
Produced in Canada or the US depending on the size and the studio's load. Add roughly two to five days to the US figures.
Everywhere else
Shipped from the nearest studio with capacity for the size you ordered. Delivery is still free. Expect two to four weeks in total, and expect the tracking to go quiet for a stretch in the middle, which is normal for long-haul post.
Where an order does have to cross a border — a size not produced in your region, or a country without a nearby studio — any duties or import taxes are set by your own customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot calculate them in advance and we do not add a margin to them.
Tracking
Following the parcel
You get one email when the order is confirmed and a second when it ships, carrying the tracking number and the carrier. Physical orders are handed to national postal services or regional couriers depending on the studio and the destination, so the carrier is not always the same one twice.
Tracking often shows nothing for the first day or two after the shipping email — the label has been created but the parcel has not been scanned into the network yet. On international routes it is also normal for tracking to stall for several days between the exporting and importing carriers. Neither means the parcel is lost. If there has been no movement at all for ten days, write to us and we will chase it.
Packaging
How it arrives
Canvases ship in a fitted corrugated box with corner protectors and the face covered. Framed canvases get the same plus a rigid edge guard around the moulding. Paper prints up to the middle size ship flat between stiff boards; the largest ships rolled in a rigid tube, and should be laid flat under a weight for a day before framing.
Open the box carefully, and ideally not with a long blade. The single most common form of damage we see is a cut across a canvas made by the person opening it.
If a parcel arrives crushed, split or obviously mishandled, photograph the outer box before you unpack any further. That one photograph is what makes a remake straightforward — it is covered in full on the returns and remakes page, and it costs you nothing.
