Every print and every canvas ships free to our supported destinations, at every available size. There is no minimum order, no threshold to reach and no shipping line that appears at the last step of checkout. What follows is how it is made, how it travels, and what happens on the rare occasion something goes wrong on the way.
We currently deliver to: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy. Choose your destination at checkout.
What to expect
How each format reaches you
Nothing is made in advance. Each piece is printed for the order it belongs to, which means production is part of the wait rather than something that happened before you arrived. Delivery is free on every physical piece to the destinations available at checkout.
Estimated delivery is 15–30 calendar days from payment for physical orders, including production and transit from China. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs, holidays, carrier delays or an incomplete address can extend the wait. If you need your piece by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Download after payment
Your portrait is available in your account after payment is confirmed. We also email you a link; allow a few minutes for it to arrive. There is no parcel or delivery charge.

Printed, stretched and set into a wood floater frame for your order. You can follow production and see the carrier and tracking number in your account when they are available.

Fine art print

Printed, inspected and shipped flat between stiff boards, or rolled in a rigid tube at the largest size. The lightest parcel of the three.
Two things stretch a delivery in practice. The first is December, when production and post both slow down everywhere; if a piece has a date attached to it, order earlier than feels necessary, and buy the digital download instead if the date is close. The second is a delivery address that turns out to be incomplete — a missing apartment number is the most common reason a parcel sits in a depot, and it is the one thing we cannot fix from our end once it has shipped.
Where it is made

Everything physical is produced through our own supply chain, in China, and shipped from there to your address. There is no stock sitting in a warehouse waiting to be picked: the file that goes to print is the one you approved on screen, and it is printed because you ordered it.

Duties and import taxes
Orders cross a border to reach most customers, so an import duty, tax or handling fee may be charged on arrival. Those are set by the customs authority of the country the parcel is delivered to, they are the recipient's responsibility, and the rules differ from one country to the next. We cannot calculate them in advance and we do not add a margin to them.
If you need to know what your own country charges before ordering, your national customs authority publishes it, and asking us to guess would only produce a number neither of us can stand behind.
Tracking
Following the parcel
We email your order confirmation after payment. Your account shows production updates, followed by the tracking number and carrier when your parcel ships. Physical orders are handed to a postal service or a courier depending on the destination and the size of the parcel, so the carrier is not always the same one twice, and an international parcel is usually passed between two of them on the way.
Tracking often shows nothing for the first day or two after the tracking number appears — the label has been created but the parcel has not been scanned into the network yet. On international routes it is also normal for tracking to stall for several days between the exporting and importing carriers. Neither means the parcel is lost. If there has been no movement at all for ten days, write to us and we will chase it.
Packaging
How it arrives
Canvases ship in a fitted corrugated box with corner protectors and the face covered. Framed canvases get the same plus a rigid edge guard around the moulding. Paper prints up to the middle size ship flat between stiff boards; the largest ships rolled in a rigid tube, and should be laid flat under a weight for a day before framing.
Open the box carefully, and ideally not with a long blade. The single most common form of damage we see is a cut across a canvas made by the person opening it.
If a parcel arrives crushed, split or obviously mishandled, photograph the outer box before you unpack any further. That one photograph is what makes a remake straightforward — it is covered in full on the returns and remakes page, and it costs you nothing.
