Which photos work best?
Use a relaxed side or three-quarter view with the ears, head, neck and shoulders visible. Stand back far enough to avoid making the muzzle look oversized.
What makes a good reference photo of my horse?
A clear side or three-quarter photograph taken from a comfortable distance works well. Include the ears, neck and shoulders. If those areas are cropped out, they may be interpreted in paint; review the proportions and markings before ordering.
